WP Hosting Client Area
Not Working?

If you’re not able to successfully log into the account, you may see a “Login Details Incorrect.” message.

Most of the time this means the password is not correct but could also mean the email address, or both email and password are incorrect.

Tips for a successful login:
Please make sure you are entering the correct email address for the account you’re attempting to login to.

NOTE: Your WP Hosting Client Account might include additional email addresses that you can’t use for logging in. For example, you cannot log in using the email addresses of Client Contacts.

If you’ve forgotten your password:

You can reset it by clicking the “Forgot?” button on the main login page or via the password reset URL: my.wphosting.com.au/password/reset.

This action prompts our system to send an email to the address you entered. However, the system sends the email only if that address matches the account’s registered email.

If you do not receive a password reset email:

If you didn’t receive a password email after trying the password reset, please first check the junk/spam folder. Your reset email may be in that folder.

Not receiving a password reset email at the address you entered may indicate an issue. It might mean that this email does not exist as a customer login.

If you’ve forgotten the email address:

If you have forgotten which email to use, you can try to reset the account password by using a different email address.

We suggest trying any other email addresses that you think you may have used for the account. For example, consider using info@yourdomain.com instead of admin@yourdomain.com or yourdomain@gmail.com.

Failing this, please contact support for additional assistance.
