If you currently have a hosting account with us for a domain name and would like to change it, this can be done.  All you need to do is open a support ticket listing your current domain and the domain you wish to change to. For example;

Your hosting account is setup for mywebsite.com.au and you no longer want to use mywebsite.com.au, but want to use thiswebsite.com.au instead.

This would apply if you want to keep the hosting account, emails and all content and have it moved to the new domain. If you simply want to start a fresh account, you can submit a cancellation request from the client area and order a new service under the new domain name.
