Windows

1. Click Start then Run, or search for ‘cmd.exe’
2. Type the following: ipconfig /flushdns
3. Click the OK button.

Mac

1. Open ‘Utilities’ > ‘Terminal’ or search in Spotlight for ‘Terminal’
2. Type the following: dscacheutil -flushcache
