Reading through the WP Hosting 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback last October, quite a few of you commented that we should be sharing more tips, news, and opinions.
John from BrandCreate was on point when he said:
I know this would be more work for somebody, but it would be good to get a monthly update on what is happening at WP Hosting and any new advancements or trends that are relative to the hosting industry.
The team here agrees with this wholeheartedly, and launching a monthly newsletter is a step in this direction. Restructuring our Blog page will be the next step – and we will have news about this soon.
We have to be smarter about this, though. There are a plethora of WordPress resources publishing fantastic content, and a lot more churning out low-quality pieces to feed the SEO machine. It’s quite noisy out there.
For us to be a cut above the rest, we will focus on what we know best: hosting WordPress websites that run fast and securely manage them. We aim to address both technical and business audience.
We look forward to showcasing our customers’ success stories and featuring relevant news and tips from the wider WordPress community.
We will be promoting our products and services as well as sending communications related to exercises such as the yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey. Our Offers & Promotions and Feedback & Surveys newsletters, respectively.
Rest assured that the content of our Newsletter will have enough value for you.
Over time, we will be refining the Newsletter as we learn what resonates the most with the readership, developing its identity beyond the rather bland ‘WP Hosting Newsletter’ name, and aligning it closely with other publishing efforts.
Frequency: We will be publishing the first edition of the newsletter before Christmas and on a monthly basis starting January 2018.
