1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Illegal Activities: Customers may not use WP Hosting services to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
•Distribution of child exploitation material.
•Unauthorised access to systems or networks (hacking).
•Fraudulent activities, including phishing or identity theft.
•Distribution of pirated software or copyright-infringing materials.
1.2 Spamming and Unsolicited Email: You may not send bulk unsolicited emails or spam using our services.
1.3 Harmful Content: Hosting or distributing content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Malicious Activities: You may not:
•Host, distribute, or link to malware, viruses, or ransomware.
•Launch Denial-of-Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
•Engage in any activities that compromise network security or performance.
1.5 Resource Abuse: Excessive usage of server resources that impacts other customers is prohibited. This includes excessive CPU, bandwidth, or disk usage without prior approval.
2. Security Obligations
2.1 Account Security: Customers are responsible for securing their accounts, passwords, and systems. WP Hosting is not liable for breaches caused by weak or compromised credentials.
2.2 Vulnerability Reporting: If you identify a security vulnerability in WP Hosting’s infrastructure, please report it to our technical support team immediately.
3. Forensic Investigations
WP Hosting reserves the right to conduct forensic investigations on any customer account or service if we suspect a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws. Additionally, WP Hosting may assist with client-initiated forensic investigations when requested, provided such requests comply with applicable laws, do not violate the privacy of other customers, and are agreed upon in writing. These investigations may involve reviewing account activity, server logs, or hosted content, subject to the scope agreed upon by both parties.
WP Hosting is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or other consequences resulting from investigations initiated by either WP Hosting or the client. Any evidence of illegal or prohibited activities uncovered may be reported to law enforcement or relevant authorities, as required by law. Costs associated with client-initiated investigations will be the responsibility of the requesting client.
4. Enforcement
4.1 Monitoring: WP Hosting reserves the right to monitor accounts to ensure compliance with this AUP.
4.2 Violations: If we determine a violation of this AUP, we may:
•Issue a warning.
•Suspend or terminate your account.
•Report illegal activities to law enforcement.
4.3 No Refunds: Services suspended or terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.

6. Amendments
WP Hosting reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
